Very well done. I liked how the story was not American-centric, showing that other countries were also changed after 9/11. "It takes a minnow to catch a barracuda and a barracuda to catch a shark" has been done in other movies, but this one really makes you feel that. When I rented this, I forgot that Philip Seymour Hoffman was in it. I kept hearing how good of an actor people thought he was, and I didn't think he was bad, but never thought of him anything more than decent, until this movie. He was a powerhouse! After the final scene when the credits started to roll, I thought to myself, "Damn, that guy is good!"
